TCPA & Traffic Compliance

Last updated: May 4, 2026

Template notice: This compliance statement is provided as a starting template for informational purposes only and is not legal advice. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state mini-TCPA, and partner-program requirements vary and change over time. Please review with qualified counsel before relying on this document for your business.

1. Our Traffic Standards

SearchRoute Media operates as a performance marketing publisher. We design our campaigns and digital properties to align with applicable platform policies, partner-program requirements, and consumer-consent standards. The standards described below reflect the operating posture we apply across our owned properties.

2. Inbound Call Focus

We focus on consumer-initiated inbound traffic from owned landing pages, organic search, and approved search advertising. We do not use robocalls, autodialed outbound calls, or cold SMS campaigns.

3. No Robocalls or Cold Calling

  • No autodialed outbound calls. We do not place or commission autodialed calls to consumers.
  • No prerecorded or artificial-voice calls. We do not place or commission prerecorded or "robocall" outreach.
  • No cold dialing of purchased lists. We do not engage in unsolicited cold telephone outreach to consumers.

4. SMS and Email Restrictions

Any SMS, email, or outbound contact activity must be explicitly approved by the relevant partner program and supported by appropriate consent language and records. In particular:

  • We do not send unsolicited commercial SMS.
  • We do not send SMS to consumers absent express written consent meeting applicable legal and partner standards.
  • We do not send commercial email outside of programs that follow applicable anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM in the United States) and partner requirements.
  • Where SMS or email is used in connection with an approved program, opt-out instructions, sender identification, and required disclosures are included consistent with applicable law and partner specifications.

5. Consent and Partner Requirements

For campaigns where consumer contact may be initiated by a downstream partner or service provider, we work to ensure that the relevant consent language, source records, and audit trail are aligned with partner-program requirements. Specific consent language and disclosure formatting is determined by each partner program and the legal framework that applies to it.

6. Call Tracking and Quality Review

We use call-tracking systems to measure campaign performance, source attribution, and call quality. Where call recording or transcription is enabled, it is implemented consistent with applicable law (including any applicable two-party-consent state requirements) and partner-program disclosures. Information that may be collected in connection with calls placed to numbers on our properties includes call time, duration, caller ID, source page, campaign source, and qualification signals. See our Privacy Policy for additional detail.

7. Prohibited Traffic Sources

We do not knowingly source traffic from any of the following:

  • Robocalls, autodialed outbound calls, or prerecorded-message campaigns;
  • Cold-dialed or cold-SMS lists;
  • Incentivized leads (e.g., gift-card or sweepstakes-driven submissions);
  • Misleading or deceptive local listings or business profiles;
  • Fake or inaccurate business addresses;
  • Any source that misrepresents our role as a direct service provider;
  • Any source that misrepresents the consumer's request or geography;
  • Any source prohibited by the applicable partner program or platform policy.

8. Geography and Vertical Restrictions

Campaigns are built around partner-approved terms, geographies, and qualification rules. We work to ensure that traffic is routed only to programs and providers that have approved the relevant geography, vertical, and qualification criteria.

9. Reporting a Concern

If you believe traffic associated with SearchRoute Media does not meet the standards described on this page, or if you have a TCPA, SMS, or consent-related concern, please contact us promptly using the information below so we can review.
